The Rockstar Community Fund (RCF) is an initiative of RockstarFinance.com, a website dedicated to helping people improve their personal finances.
Our sole mission here at the RCF is to empower those in our community to give back in a way that’s fun and meaningful to them. We like to think of ourselves as an “incubator of good,” showing that even a small amount of money can make a huge impact if done in a loving and thoughtful way. We especially like harnessing the power of the web to do this GOOD in the “real” world.
There are hundreds of caring and good-looking people who help make this a possibility, but the two guys mainly responsible for running the show are . . .
J. Money
J. Money’s a personal finance blogger, experimenter, and most importantly – a daddy. He used to suck at giving back because he hated not seeing where his money went, until he finally realized he could do it in his own way, and the lightbulbs haven’t turned off since! You can find him tweeting away @BudgetsAreSexy, or sipping coffee somewhere while working on any of his other projects found at jmoney.biz.
Nate St. Pierre
Nate wants to help people change the world, and he writes it on his palm every day to keep focused on the vision. He’s a micro-giving pioneer, always adding a touch of humanity to business and philanthropy, while merging online and real-world relationships with each of his projects. You can check out his personal portfolio at NateStPierre.me, or follow him on Twitter at @NateStPierre. He apologizes in advance.
